The standard Oak 70 Spiral Stair Kit comes complete with 12 treads and a universal landing tread. It is only available in white metal-work with solid oak treads. For all the achievable floor heights possible when using the Oak 70 Spiral Stair Kit, please refer to the “Oak 70 Stair Heights” chart below.
The universal landing tread can be adapted during the installation to form three different configurations (trapezoidal, triangular or circular). This allows the staircase to be installed in openings of various shapes. See “Oak 70 Flyer” (link above). The spiral’s winding direction clockwise or anti-clockwise may be decided at the point of assembly.
