The perfect spiral staircase for outdoors or even indoor. Whether from your balcony to garden or roof terrace to patio, The Civic Zinc spiral staircase is made with solid galvanised steel treads structure with non slip treads and UPVC handrail.

Galvanised Steel ONLY. However the stair can be painted by customers using an exterior metal paint.

Height range of Civic Zinc spiral staircase

The spiral staircase can achieve any height but the standard staircase comes complete with 13 treads (the 13th being the top landing that can be used for any landing shape.)

The standard staircase can achieve any height up to 286cm to meet Building Regulations. For heights above this you will need to add addtional treads and perhaps additional centre posts from the drop down boxes. The stair can achieve up to 400cm if required or alternatively can be as low as required.

Building Regulations

To conform with REGUALTIONS we advise that you buy the riser bar kit and the spindle infill kit. These are easily attached to the staircase to conform to the BS5395 100mm sphere rule. (ie. they prevent a sphere of 100mm passing through any open area on the stair)
